"Operator" or "we" means Buda Levente, the operator of the online store available at extractstudio.hu (the "Site"). "Customer" or "you" means any natural or legal person placing an order through the Site. "Products" means the goods offered for sale on the Site.

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern the use of the Site and all purchases made through it. By placing an order you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. The amended version takes effect upon publication on the Site. The Terms in force at the time of your order apply to that order.

The Products displayed are handmade, one-of-a-kind garments. Prices shown on each product page are stated in EUR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We take all reasonable care to present Products accurately, however due to their handcrafted nature minor differences may exist between the images shown and the actual item received.

The Customer selects a Product, adds it to the basket and provides the required shipping and billing details. An order becomes binding upon completion of payment.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your card details. An order confirmation is sent electronically to the email address you provide.

Shipping methods and fees: Foxpost — 8 EUR. Estimated delivery time: 7 business days.

Risk of loss passes to the Customer upon delivery of the Products to the carrier or to the Customer, as applicable under local law.

Consumers may have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the Products, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.

To exercise this right, notify us at contact@extractstudio.hu. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of return.

Custom-made or personalised Products produced specifically to the Customer's specification may be excluded from the right of withdrawal to the extent permitted by law.

We are responsible for supplying Products that conform to the contract. Statutory warranty rights apply as provided by the applicable law of Hungary.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Products or the Site is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

All designs, graphics, customized elements, upcycled clothing concepts, and visual materials displayed on this website are the sole creative property of this brand. Any unauthorized reproduction, copying, distribution, or modification of our designs or products for commercial use is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate legal action.

Complaints may be submitted to contact@extractstudio.hu or to Szent Vendel utca 19, 9025 Győr. We aim to respond within 3 days.

EU consumers may also use the Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/odr.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. The courts of Hungary have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page with its effective date.
