We collect the data you provide when placing an order or contacting us, including your name, email address, shipping and billing address and phone number. We also collect technical data such as IP address and browser information through standard server logs and analytics.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered directly with the payment provider and are not stored on our servers. Stripe acts as an independent controller and/or processor for payment data; see Stripe's own privacy policy for details.

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for its operation, and — with your consent where required — Google Analytics to understand usage. Stripe may also place cookies as part of payment processing. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

We share personal data only with service providers acting on our behalf, such as payment processors (Stripe), shipping carriers (Foxpost), hosting and email providers. We do not sell your personal data.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above, including statutory retention periods for invoices and accounting records (8 years). After that, data is deleted or anonymised.

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time.
